In vara, am facut un experiment: dupa ce incercasem prima data varianta de pudra de spanac, am zis sa ma extind :D, asa ca am incercat varianta cu sfecla.

Metoda e simpla. Am taiat sfecla cu feliatorul de legume, asa-zisa "mandolina" si le-am pus pe o plasa si le-am lasat la uscat la soare, cam de pe o zi pe alta. Dupa ce s-au uscat aratau ca si petalele uscate de trandafir.

Am ajuns acasa, m-am pus pe cautat retete, si cum nu am gasit cam ce vroiam, am pus de ici de colo sa iasa reteta asta. Aluatul este un aluat de baza pt. tarte, l-am luat din cartea 500 de retete de placinte si tarte, iar restul e creatie :)

Spalam ouale si le punem intr-o oala cu apa cat sa le acopere. Adaugam 2-3 linguri de otet si "vopseaua naturala". Ingrediente:3 oua400-500 g faina Procedeul e acelasi ca si la Taiteii de casa cu spanac. Chestia cu gramajul la faina e oarecum relativa. Puneti faina pana obtineti un aluat elastic si nelipicios. Daca formati o bila din aluat si o sa il apasati usor, o sa vedeti ca isi revine.
